Programme Leadership and Evaluation Process

Under the leadership of Prof. Moi Lin Ling, the programme is guided by an APSIC Expert Panel, comprising leading infection prevention and control (IPC) specialists from across the Asia-Pacific region.

A structured and rigorous evaluation process has been developed to ensure fairness, transparency, and scientific integrity. The process includes:

Review of submitted materials based on APSIC guidelines and scoring criteria
Shortlisting of finalist hospitals by the Expert Panel
On-site evaluation visits by a panel of experts to assess implementation, performance, and impact
